”麻煩…，拜託…，請你…”等大概是出現在email中最頻繁的字眼，而多數人習慣用 ”please” 表示，只是遇上我們這好禮的民族，一封郵件可以出現好幾個 ”please"。當這個字出現兩次以上，不僅單調，原本婉轉的意思也少了幾分。針對熟客、陌生客兩種收件者，下面是幾個類似的表達：

看的出來，越不熟的人，我們越客氣，用字也越多。現在我用一封對公司內部的email示範如何使用上述句型：

Joe,

I’m working on a new marketing project for a client and I wonder (or, was wondering) if you could help me out with your expertise on product communication strategies. Do you think you could meet with me next Tuesday at 2 to go over it?

許多商務email寫作會有一次以上的”麻煩…，拜託…，請你…”，就像上面範例體字部份。盡量不要重複同樣的字，這些句型都可以替換，如此，你的表達較不會被打折扣。
